Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, the Senior Counsel, Fraud & Abuse and Healthcare Transactions. The position is responsible for implementing all JHM policies and procedures related to fraud and abuse compliance including the development and maintenance of a training, auditing and monitoring program.

- Providing legal advice and interpretation with respect to the federal and state Stark (anti-referral) and anti-kickback laws;
- Negotiating, drafting and reviewing a wide variety of agreements;
- The practice of health law (including general business, regulatory and corporate law for health care entities)
- Providing support and advice in other legal areas as needed and assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
Requires A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Continuing legal education involving legal seminars, review and study of legal periodicals and review of judicial decisions and legislative enactments and pronouncements.
A minimum of ten (10) years of law firm and/or in-house experience in health care law required.
