Our client, a global law firm, are looking to hire an associate to join its global corporate practice group in the Washington, DC office.
This is an opportunity for an associate with 2-3 years' relevant transactional experience to represent business in the life sciences industry in venture capital financings, M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
