Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate contracts including real estate leases, NDAs and vendor contracts
• Assist facilities management team with enquiries related to real estate matters
• Assist corporate team where needed, including with “Know Your Customer”/”Client Due Diligence” requests from customers, vendors and global financial institutions and annual insurance renewal
• Draft employment agreements and amendments for employees in the US, UK, EU, APAC, and LATAM
• Support legal team efforts related to employment law compliance
• Provide administrative support for employee record keeping
• Respond to requests for employee information

YOU WILL HAVE
• At least 3-5 years of experience with drafting/negotiating commercial and real-estate contracts
• Preferred experience includes familiarity drafting employment agreements
• English fluency required with second language fluency preferred
• This role may be done remotely from anywhere in the US, UK, Ireland, or Turkey with working hours to significantly overlap with US EST time zone

Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Legal related field
