Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide hands-on immigration support and advice to our business hiring managers and HR function.
• Directly working with the candidates and employees in the US and Americas regions to assist in guiding their immigration process
• Track statuses of all sponsored employees and candidates while ensuring each case is progressing as needed
• Obtain necessary reviews for immigration processes including candidate screening, visa renewals, and green card process consideration
• Present business justifications collected from HR to screen sponsorship candidates with immigration law firm
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years immigration experience
• Minimum of 5 years of analyst, administration experience or project management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
