SkyWater Search is partnering with a Twin Cities law firm with a national Bankruptcy Litigation practice to add an Associate Attorney to its team. This person will get to work on some of the biggest bankruptcy cases throughout the country, with a focus on avoidance/preference actions. This is a great opportunity to work with top bankruptcy professionals and litigate in federal bankruptcy court.

An ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in a law firm litigation practice, with exposure to mediation, depositions, motion practice, and discovery processes. A successful candidate has bankruptcy experience or a genuine interest in pivoting to bankruptcy law.
