Job Description
• Between 2 to 4 years' experience of land use entitlement and real estate litigation experience.
• Knowledge of land use law including zoning laws and processes and subdivision laws and processes.
• Knowledge of real estate controversies in or approaching litigation including condemnation, lease disputes, boundary disputes, easement and title disputes, real property covenant disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the nuanced regulations of complex deal and ownership structures.
• Ability to work independently on a tightly-knit and practice-specific team.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills, and references. Candidates must be licensed or have the ability to become licensed in North Carolina.
