Estate Planning Legal Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Paralegal for one of our Estate Planning firms in Seattle, WA. The Paralegal will work with attorneys to draft documents and communicate with clients. See the desired qualifications below and apply with us if interested!
Responsibilities:
• Work with clients to obtain documents related to their estate
• Draft routine correspondence and memo’s
• Keep track of electronic database and client files
• Manage attorney’s calendar
• Communicate with clients via email and in person
Skills/Experience
• 4+ years of experience as an Estate Planning Legal Assistant
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Independent ability to manage time and balance priorities
• Strong grammar and punctuation skills
• Detail oriented
• General knowledge of real estate and corporate documents
Salary
· $63,000 - $80,000 Annually
Hours:
· 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
