Gurstel Law Firm, P.C. (hereinafter "the Firm") is a multi-state litigation law firm representing creditors in all aspects of the legal collection process. The Firm is headquartered in Minnesota with offices in Arizona, California, Iowa, Nebraska, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, & Wyoming. Its practice is focused on the development of attorneys’ litigation skills, strategies, and industry knowledge.

JOB SUMMARY as the Receptionist, you will maintain the front desk operations. The successful candidate is energetic, a team player, have a high level of attention to detail, and will be able to effectively manage all front desk operations, but not limited to:
• Answer the general phone line.
• Greet walk-in customers, clients, and guests.
• Order office supplies
• Data Entry into firm's data management system
• Assist with mail.
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage your emotions and remain calm under pressure
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple phone lines at once
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have a high level of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills
• 50+ WPM typing skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Responsible individual who can work both independently and in a team environment.
• Superior problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependability.
• Pass pre-employment background check
